AI literacy and responsible AI, generative AI and practical AI tools, digital workplace skills, professional communication, workplace expectations and accountability, career exploration, project management, teamwork, and individualized success planning.
Internship, Apprenticeship & Applied Work-Based Learning
Structured projects, work simulations, internship experiences, apprenticeship preparation, mentoring, employer-style assignments, portfolio evidence, and demonstrated competencies.

PAAIR™ recognizes that talent is not always the problem; access can be. Eligible enrolled participants may be connected with targeted wraparound resources such as housing-resource navigation, transportation support, and phone or digital-connectivity assistance, subject to eligibility, program requirements, available resources, and partner capacity.

Employers & Community Partners
AI Global Solution, LLC seeks relationships with employers, workforce development organizations, nonprofits, government agencies, colleges and training organizations, reentry organizations, veteran organizations, housing and transportation partners, and community organizations.
Partners may participate through employer projects, mentorship, internships, apprenticeships, hiring opportunities, participant referrals, resource support, training collaboration, and workforce development initiatives.
