Learn. Build. Advance. YARI is a cohort-based AI and digital workforce pathway for youth and young adults ages 14–21. The program combines practical AI skills, digital literacy, school-to-career readiness, mentorship, capstone projects, internship preparation, and guided opportunity pathways.
Participants develop real-world skills through hands-on projects while building communication, problem-solving, collaboration, professional confidence, and responsible AI practices. YARI helps young people translate learning into tangible skills evidence they can use for education, internships, entrepreneurship, and future employment.
Participant experience includes: AI and emerging-technology exposure, career exploration, portfolio and capstone development, mentorship, entrepreneurship pathways, internship readiness, and connections to continuing education and workforce opportunities.
Rebuild. Reskill. Advance. AARI serves adults 18+ who are entering, re-entering, or advancing in the workforce. The program supports career changers, veterans, returning citizens, caregivers, displaced workers, entrepreneurs, and adults seeking stronger pathways into an AI-enabled economy.
Participants strengthen practical AI, digital, professional, and career-mobility skills through applied learning and workforce-focused projects. AARI is designed to help adults connect prior experience with new capabilities, build confidence using emerging technologies, and create demonstrable evidence of skills for employment, advancement, or entrepreneurship.
Participant experience includes: AI and digital upskilling, career transition planning, portfolio and project development, professional skills, entrepreneurship support, employment readiness, mentorship, and guided pathways to workforce and continuing-learning opportunities.
Opportunity AI Workforce Solutions is AI Global Solution’s social-impact workforce development arm, expanding access to practical AI education, career readiness, credentials, and pathways to economic mobility for underserved and underrepresented communities. The initiative connects AI learning with employability, work-based experience, professional development, and long-term career mobility so participants can build skills that translate into real economic opportunity.
People we serve include: justice-impacted and reentry populations; veterans and military-connected individuals; foster-care-impacted and opportunity youth; low-income individuals and families; people experiencing housing instability; career changers and workers needing reskilling or upskilling; youth and adults seeking accessible technology and AI pathways; and communities historically underserved by the digital economy.
We work with community organizations, workforce partners, employers, and public-serving institutions to connect participants to training, skills evidence, career-readiness support, internships, apprenticeships, employment pathways, and continuing upskilling opportunities.
Prepare. Practice. Launch. PAAIR™ is AI Global Solution’s six-month Professional AI Apprenticeship & Internship Readiness pathway, designed to help participants move from professional and AI readiness into applied work-based learning and career opportunities.
Participants build practical AI and workplace skills through employer-style projects, portfolio and competency evidence, career-readiness preparation, and guided internship and apprenticeship pathways. The program includes wraparound support and placement preparation so participants can demonstrate what they know and apply it in real-world settings.
Pathways include: Career and Entrepreneurship tracks, applied project experience, internship and apprenticeship readiness, portfolio development, professional skills, employer engagement, and continuing career-mobility support.
